WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Dedicate yourself to your sales targets, delivering the best solutions for your clients.
- Lead the sales team members by example. Coach them with broad industry knowledge, comprehensive selling skills, and decent working ethics.
- Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with key clients at all levels throughout the organization.
- Manage your portfolio of customers. Identify new opportunities for targeted products, lead major bids, and win at the best price and terms.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with TenMax staff in all functions and areas of the Business. Work closely with Media, Account, Marketing, and Operations to gain the benefits of common, best practice processes and exploit cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in all relevant Marketing activities on product promotion.
- Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.
- Carry out any other tasks that the Company may reasonably request from time to time.
- Influence the behavioral safety within the Company through your example with high standards and expectations set.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Experience/ Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in media sales team management
- Need to have deep knowledge and experience in Digital Advertising
Professional skills/ Abilities:
- Possesses a high level of product and market knowledge and is able to advise customers on procedures, applications, and techniques.
- Have proven background in sound sales practices, including but not limited to lead generation, building a pipeline, and closing deals to meet quota.
- Keep good relationships with agencies and clients
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and be able to communicate with ease with HQ members and foreign client
Personal Qualities:
- Place clients’ satisfaction as the highest priority, both personally and for the team. Possesses strong customer-facing and management skills.
